Enjoy These Valentine’s Day Happenings in Atlanta

Valentine’s Day is not just for lovers! Whether you’re planning a night out with your significant other or looking to mix and mingle because you’re single, it’s a great weekend to go out in Atlanta and enjoy all the fun the city has to offer.

For a Romantic Night Out 

Provencal-inspired restaurant, AIX, invites guests to join them for a special a la carte menu this Valentine’s Day weekend! Available from Thursday, February 13 through Saturday, February 15, the menu showcases favorites including starters like their Classic Gruyere Gougeres and Roasted Brussel Sprouts along with entrees including Slow Roasted Berkshire Pork Shoulder and Georgia White Shrimp Provencal Pappardelle. Guests can toast to the evening with the specialty La Vie En Rose cocktail featuring Wheatley Vodka, Strawberry Shrub, Lillet Rose, Tio Pepe Fino and Fleur de Sel, available during Valentine’s Day weekend only. The restaurant’s adjoining wine bar, Tin Tin, also invites guests to enjoy the holiday with a curated Valentine’s Day wine flight. Guests can gather their friends and head to the wine bar to enjoy three tastings of hand-selected wines from the restaurant’s private cellar, each with their own backstory about love. The specialty wine flight is available for $18 from Thursday, February 13 through Saturday, February 15. 

For the Heart-Broken

Red Door Tavern understands that Valentine’s Day can “truly” suck! Head to the bar beginning on Thursday, February 13 through Saturday, February 15 for $3 Trulys, both in the can and on draft. Additionally, the bar invites guests to stop by on Friday, February 14 for their annual Shred Your Ex celebration! Guests can bring a photo, letter or other shreddable memento from an ex to shred at the bar, and in exchange, will receive a free well cocktail! Red Door Tavern is open from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and is located at 3180 Roswell Rd, Atlanta, GA 30305.

For the Taken and Single

Celebrate this Valentine’s Day with Whiskey Blue! Head to the rooftop bar on Friday, February 14th from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. to toast to the evening with a champagne special featuring two glasses of bubbles paired with a decadent dessert, available for $20.
