Happy Independence Day from Premier Agency!
4th of July weekend is upon us! As we get ready to celebrate Independence Day, we wanted to share some of our favorite traditions and memories surrounding the holiday.
Amanda: My favorite 4th of July tradition growing up was camping in the Adirondacks and making s’mores with my family. We did this every year until I graduated high school. While I don’t spend my time in the Adirondacks for 4th of July anymore, I still make sure I get to eat s’mores around a campfire all weekend!
Mike: My wife and I like to celebrate our 4th of July anniversary at Stonehurst Place!
It’s a bed and breakfast located off Piedmont, and we were married there six years ago. We usually do that or just cook out with family and friends!
Natalie: July 4th for me has always included barbecues and fireworks…a few of my favorite things!
Eleanor: Mine’s watching the fireworks go off down in the valley from our balcony at our house in the mountains. I also make a yummy flag cake every year!
Hayley: One of my favorite 4th of July traditions is sitting on the beach with my friends and family. We grill out and watch the fireworks after spending the entire day on the beach.
Justin: I don’t really have many 4th of July traditions, but I’m looking forward to making new ones with my wife and dogs in our new home.
Murphy: Every 4th we are together, my dad, brother and I shoot the Hooch. We’ll bring huge sandwiches and pull a cooler full of beer behind our raft as we float down the river.
