YEBO BEACH HAUS TRANSFORMS INTO ‘SKI HAUS’ FOR WINTER SEASON

There is a little chill in the air which could only mean one thing, winter is coming! Yebo Beach Haus is storing its surfboards and going into hibernation as Yebo Ski Haus returns to the city in mid-November. As the only fully-transformed pop-up restaurant experience in Atlanta, Yebo Ski Haus will feature an updated menu and atmosphere reflective of a ski lodge. The restaurant will provide the ultimate winter pop-up experience in the heart of Buckhead.

The pop-up restaurant fuses South African flavors with American cuisine, offering a spin on classic comfort dishes and seasonally themed drinks during the winter season.

“We’re truly excited to be opening up Yebo Ski Haus for another winter season,” says Justin Anthony, owner of True Story Brands. “We love creating a full experience at all of our restaurants, and Yebo Ski Haus definitely will embrace the look and feel of a ski lodge retreat for Atlantans during the winter months — it’s a perfect escape.”

Designed by Anthony’s wife and renowned interior designer, Kelly Wolf-Anthony of Wolf Design Group, the restaurant’s transition into a ski haus features a complete transformation of its signature coastal oasis into a cozy mountainside retreat. Old-fashioned wooden skis, plaid blankets and pillows adorn the inside of the restaurant, as twinkle lights and fire pits illuminate the patio.

A few favorites from last year’s inaugural opening of Yebo Ski Haus will be returning to the menu, including the Beer Cheese Fondue and the Ostrich Bolognese, however, guests should expect many new favorites, such as Duck Confit Cassoulet with beef boerewors and Farro Risso. Stay warm with new delicious cocktail concoctions, such as the Barrel-Aged Rob Roy and Flannel Season, which features a blend of mulled wine and cognac.
