A Toast to 10: Frank Ski’s Celebrity Wine Tasting and Live Auction Recap

It was an evening of generosity and glamour as Atlanta’s most charitable influencers came out to celebrate Frank Ski’s 10th Annual Celebrity Wine Tasting and Live Auction. Presented by radio personality, philanthropist and restauranteur Frank Ski with wife Tanya and accompanied by music mogul Kevin and Erika Liles, this year’s festivities took place on Sunday, December 8th from 3pm-7pm at Frank Ski’s Restaurant and Lounge in Buckhead. Hosted by UpFront Records founder Devyne Stephens, special guests also included Mayor Kasim Reed, hip-hop artist Young Jeezy, Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Cynthia Bailey and more.

The soiree was nothing short of extraordinary. Guests enjoyed premium wine tastings, including selections from Opus One, Silver Oak and The Hess Collection. The night concluded with an extravagant live auction with offerings such as a VIP Opus One and The Hess Collection wine tour in Napa Valley, behind-the-scenes excursions at infamous Atlanta attractions, and original pieces of artwork. Attendees reveled in the merrymaking while raising funds for the Frank Ski Kids Foundation, offering the opportunity to provide children with the necessary education and hands-on experiences vital to furthering their ambitions. The foundation is responsible for hosting Ski’s annual “Youth Bowl” football game and awarding scholarship money to university bound students. Over $80,000 was raised over the course of the weekend in support of the foundation’s efforts.

The highlight of the night occurred when three students from the Frank Ski Kids Foundation spoke about the organization and the experiences it has opened up for them, like a summer trip to the Galapagos Islands and a future trip to Alaska, where they will study first-hand the effects of global warming.  And in support of it all, sponsors included Peachtree Communities, State Farm Insurance, Classic Cadillac and more.

Needless to say, this year’s event knocked it out of the park. But don’t take our word for it, check it out for yourself!
